Before following these steps, be sure to check out Managing Funds (BTC/ETH)to fund your account first!
Do /runex and navigate to Create Listing. Remember this page is for buying using BTC/ETH, if you want to sell CBRC-20/Runes/PIPE etc.. go to -> How To Sell <- instead.
Choose your desired trading pair and submit to choose amounts. Make sure to have the BTC/ETH amount chosen within your account balance at minimum.
Your listing will be created and will last for 3 hours. After 3 hours your listing will expire. RuneX is an active trading platform, unlike other exchanges where your order will last in perpetuity, we require you be present. Listings with the best offer will show up at the top of -> RuneX.Tech <- for the selected trading pair.
Once your order receives an offer you will be sent a notification on Discord to accept. Touching again on the previous point, as a buyer we urge you to have Discord access on mobile or PC for 3 hours if you create a listing. If you are not present your offers will expire. Do /rxid and input your transaction ID to see your offers. The highest honour rating offers will be put to the top.
Once you accept the offer you will be matched with an escrow agent that will act as a customer support to help answer any questions and guide. Escrow agents NEVER hold any funds, but they do provide funds transaction insurance. Funds are stored in our platform's escrow.
That is it! MAKE SURE, You confirm when you receive the purchased tokens so that the escrow funds will be released to the seller. Failure to do so may result in a perma-ban.
TIP: If you aren't able to click and view the user's within your transaction. Open the RuneX Discord Server. This will automatically cache the users and make them viewable when you go back to your transaction.
TIP: You will see active transaction in your wallet do /runex and go to View Profile -> Manage Wallet
🚨EMERGENCY ONLY: If you are 100% sure you have encountered bad actors in your transaction. File a dispute through the Have An Issue? button. Beware, only use this as absolute very last resort. False disputes will result in a perma-ban or honour reset to zero. We do not take this lightly. If a transaction is disputed, be sure to submit as much proof as possible. If you are providing image proof, be sure to upload them into a single google drive (or other) so they can be viewed in the browser. Any proof you submit that must be downloaded by our customer support team will be ignored and discarded.
